Anti-vaccine resort owner bans visitors who’ve had the Covid jab
The owner of a holiday retreat near Machynlleth has banned visitors from staying there if they have been vaccinated against Covid-19.
Sharon Girardi, who owns the Blaeneinion eco-retreat, claims without evidence that vaccinated people are a health risk to other guests and describes the vaccine as “experimental”.
The resort’s website describes Blaeneinion as “an idyllic and secluded conservation project” and says it aims to create “an inspiring conservation, recreation and educational resource that can be enjoyed by future generations and will provide more habitat and abundance with each passing season.”
But on the FAQ’s section of the website, the owner writes: “With great sadness we have made the decision that we will be unable to welcome folk on site that are ‘vaccinated’ with the experimental CV19 jab.”
“Significant reports are emerging of effects on unvaccinated people simply spending time around the ‘vaccinated’. As you may be aware, the CV19 injections are experimental – they are unlike any other previous vaccines and contain a new mRNA technology that causes our own immune systems to manufacture spike proteins.”
Trials have shown Covid-19 vaccines to be safe and effective in giving people immunity against the virus.
‘Sadness’
Describing the ban as precautionary, Ms Girardi concludes: “I have a duty of care to my family, to our staff and to anyone staying on site. In addition, it has become clear that anyone participating in this clinical trial invalidates their life insurance policy and our own Public Liability cover does not cover people who have volunteered for medical experiments should they fall ill or injure themselves on site.
“I am simply speechless…. sending my warmest and abiding love to you all and once more, I cannot believe we have all found ourselves in this situation.”
Some locals have accused Ms Girardi of “discriminating” against people that have been vaccinated but she claims to have had “an unexpected and overwhelming outpouring of love and support” for her anti-vaccine stance and says the resort is currently fully booked until the end of September.
Since the rollout of the mass vaccination programme in December last year, 2,195,417 people in Wales have had both jabs and are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

I just checked the website. In answer to the question ‘Can I bring my Dog’. The answer is no, partly because there’s a family of beavers there and the dog might upset Mr and Mrs Beaver! We should really tell her to amend the misinformation on the website but she’d probably tell us “It’s Narnia business.”.

We all have a duty of care to the few unlucky people who genuinely can’t be vaccinated (auto-immune conditions) or whose responses to the vaccine are impaired by immunosuppressive medications for other conditions, and this woman is putting them at risk for self-indulgent reasons. It’s obscene that she cites “duty of care” as her excuse.
I’m realistic about the fact that some people will refuse vaccines, but deliberately clustering them together —from all over the UK into one place — is an act of pure malice.

Yes, I know they’re encoded by the nucleic acid in the vaccine, but where did the vaccine manufactures get their sequence from? They can’t have got it from a hoax virus! How would it be under health reasons ? Vaccinated people spread covid exactly the same as non vaccinated people, although vaccinated people are surely less likely to know they have it as it as the vaccine reduces symptoms.

As the “vaccine” neither prevents you catching the virus or spreading it but simply reduces the severity of the symptoms you personally suffer I don’t understand why you think having these passports helps? That’s nothing anyone can do anything about currently, but you’ll agree that it’s incumbent on anyone moving to another country to avoid taking actions that might possibly put the host community at risk and which runs counter to the public health policies of that country’s devolved government.
