As the dust settles following Saturday’s march for independence in Cardiff it’s difficult not to feel there is a growing momentum shift in the debate about Welsh independence.

The press coverage has been surprisingly positive and from social media posts and conversations in the aftermath those who participated are feeling pretty chipper.

Over 3000 impeccably behaved marchers walked the route from City Hall to the Central Library where they heard speeches from Adam Price, the leader of Plaid Cymru, Ben Gwalchmai of Labour 4 Indy Wales, Siôn Jobbins of YesCymru, Sandy Clubb of Undod and Ajit Cheviz for the Kurdish community in Wales.

Adam Price displayed all his skills as an orator in what I personally felt was a barnstorming speech.

If you missed it you can catch it in full below and in Welsh as well as the fine contributions from the other four speakers.
