Kim Kardashian spotted house hunting in Wales

Reality TV legend Kim Kardashian and Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton have been spotted house-hunting in a surprising Welsh valleys location.
Kimberly Noel Kardashian (born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, socialite, and businesswoman.
Kardashian first gained media attention in 2007 following the unauthorised release of a sex tape with American singer Ray J.
She and her family then became the stars of E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The show aired until 2021, and its success led to the formation of several spin-offs and a successor show, Hulu’s The Kardashians (2022–present).
While promoting a new item from her shapewear brand, Skims, during a scene from the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim let slip that she had been house-hunting ‘somewhere across the Atlantic’ but refused to give further details to protect her children’s privacy.
Recently, the megastar ‘hard launched’ her relationship with Lewis Hamilton, her first serious relationship since an acrimonious divorce with rapper Kanye West.
Nation Cymru can today, however, reveal that Kardashian and Hamilton were recently spotted looking at exclusive properties on the outskirts of Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, with a large entourage in tow.
It is understood that media mogul Kim viewed two potential homes, the first a detached property with six bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a driveway and olympic-standard pool, enjoying wide-reaching views of Cefn Golau.
She also visited a farm house in need of ‘significant renovation’, but sources close to the star claim “She’s ready for a new start with Lewis and really wants to put her stamp on a property”.
Another friend of the Kardashian sister told Nation Cymru: “Kim, North and the kids have had such a hard time from the press, and from Kanye, she wanted to be somewhere else, to lead the pack and not follow.
“Tredegar seemed a natural choice for her to be closer to Lewis in the UK, but not on his doorstep, and a drive through the town to see the clock sealed the deal.”
Local Estate Agent, Della Prongles, spoke to Nation Cymru, but remained guarded about giving too much information away “due to GDPR and client confidentiality”. She did say, however, that: “Tredegar is the place to be right now, with properties to suit buyers at any stage of the market.
“Some of our detached properties are simply stunning, many with land which is ideal for privacy, and the best thing about the town is its links – straight on to the A465 and you’re in Merthyr or Ebbw Vale in minutes.
“I obviously can’t say too much, but it’s the perfect place for someone looking to get away from city life, with all the amenities you can ask for on your doorstep – vape shops, dog groomers, barbers and a range of independently-owned fast food outlets.
“Tredegar is most definitely on the up!”

Speaking to various mams at a local primary school later that day, however, there was much less discretion. Tasha Jones told Nation Cymru: “I seen her twice now and I en gonna lie, she looked bloody beautiful.
“I was driving down past Bedwellty pits and saw three of those Mercedes Land Rover rip-offs and knew something was going on. I phoned my dad and he was up Cefn Golau, walking the dogs by the cholera graves, and he said they went up there too.
“He said he couldn’t make out any faces, but one of them had a really big arse.”
Another mam shared: “I seen two people jogging in Bryn Bach Park last week surrounded by men and it was definitely them two.
“We’m used to rich people moving to Abergavenny and stuff but never here. It do make sense though, you do get so much more for your money, and if she’s into beauty then she’ll find some of the best salons in Wales on the high street, or I do know a few mobile technicians if she’d rather them come to her – more than happy to help her get settled in though.
“I’m so excited to see Tredegar on the map – it’s about time mun. The council don’t do nothing so perhaps it’s time we got the Wrexham effect down here.
“Imagine if she bought FC Tredegar too – the boys might even put a bit of effort in if she turned up one day.”
Nation Cymru has reached out to Kim Kardashian’s publicist and to Hulu but has yet to receive a response.
