Pop star appeals to fans in Cardiff to help him find diesel to continue tour
Charlatans’ frontman Tim Burgess is currently on a solo tour and plays a date at Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach this evening.
However, while he’s on his way to the Welsh capital he’s posted an appeal to fans to help him track down a petrol station that is still selling diesel.
While, the panic buying of petrol shows no sign of slowing down, it’s having a kick on effect for people like Tim and his band who really do know to fill up the tank fo the tour bus to get them around the country.
Errrm, we have enough fuel to get us to Cardiff but last 5 petrol stations have none. If anyone can help with details of where we can get diesel in/ around Cardiff, we can continue with the tour
CC @NadineDorries @BorisJohnson @grantshapps 👈quit saying there aren’t shortages 😡

If you can help Tim out drop him a line via his Twitter account.
Given how much he’s kept us entertained during lockdown with his Tim’s Twitter Listening Parties, it’s the least we can do to return the favour.
