Holy Batman! More Hollywood stars show support for Wrexham
Just when you think the Wrexham story couldn’t get any better – three more Hollywood stars have thrown their support behind the Welsh side, including ‘Batman’.
In a week which has seen social media giant Tik Tok unveiled as the club’s new shirt sponsor with a hilarious viral video, owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have recruited star names Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes to the cause.
Arnett, famed for his role in Arrested Development and as the voice of Lego Batman, was first up on Twitter showing off his new Wrexham training wear and pondered whether he was now a member of playing or coaching staff.
Thanks @RMcElhenney and @VancityReynolds for my new @Wrexham_AFC kit. The monogram means I’m either a player or part of the coaching staff right? @SeanHayes and @batemanjason let’s see yours pic.twitter.com/d0I5AbW9Qy

Jason Bateman, meanwhile, Arnett’s co-star on Arrested Development and famed for his many Hollywood comedy movies, thanked Reynolds, McElhenney and Wrexham AFC for his new loungewear.
Very excited about my new lounge wear. Unlike napping @arnettwill I know, Will, taking selfie’s is hard. Big thanks to @RMcElhenney @VancityReynolds and @Wrexham_AFC Hey @SeanHayes yer up. https://t.co/gCm7y2zIUf pic.twitter.com/jzqCbdJvPN

Not another soccer story ZZZZZZZZZ
It’s not soccer, it’s football
Already, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny have done more for Cymru than 500 years of London rule.
I’m sure they’ll get bored with their club one day and sell it off to some convenient asset strippers. But even THEN they’d still be ahead of WM for net good done for Cymru.
